As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Registered Counsellor and former NDIS Behavioural Support Practitioner, I provide reliable, high-impact capacity building for adolescents and adult men. I partner directly with Support Coordinators to deliver community-based mentoring that helps participants navigate neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression, empowering them to build real-world independence with the support of a formal therapeutic framework. Specialist Psychosocial Recovery Coach(Group 0106): Holding advanced certifications in complex presentations, including Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Suicide Intervention, Neurodivergence-Affirming and ADHD support.
ACA Registered Counsellor (Group 0128): Operating with an AQF Level 5 Diploma of Counselling, ensuring all community support is grounded in formal psychological frameworks.
Former NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner: Deeply experienced in interpreting behavioural support plans, executing crisis de-escalation strategies, and managing high-stress environments without panicking.
Registered NDIS Provider (Group 0128): Fully audited and registered for Therapeutic Supports, proving my practice meets the highest government standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
Clinical-Grade NDIS Reporting: Support Coordinators receive highly detailed, functional end-of-plan reports written in the exact clinical terminology the NDIA requires to secure future plan funding.
Action-oriented, multi-hour community and in-home blocks focused on routine building, crisis prevention, and real-world independence.
